Meyu helps you "Turn Simple Product Images Into Photos That Actually Sell." Upload your
product photo and get professional lifestyle images with AI models in seconds. No
photoshoots, no models - just photos that convert.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted
- You must provide accurate and current information
- If you provide false information, you are solely liable and we bear no responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service for:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene content
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted material
- Adult content or sexually explicit material
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Violating others' rights

AI Model & Service
- We retain all intellectual property rights to our AI models, technology, and
software
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology
Your Responsibility
Uploading copyrighted material as prompts is your responsibility, and we bear no
liability for such actions.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment
- Our Service operates on a credit system - you pay for usage by purchasing credits
- Payments are securely processed by Stripe
- Payment failures are handled according to Stripe's terms
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing, but changes will not affect already
purchased credits.
Refund Policy
- Generally, we do not provide refunds
- If image generation fails due to technical issues, we will restore your credits
- Credit restoration only applies to technical failures preventing image generation
6. Service Availability
- Our Service is provided "as-is" without uptime guarantees
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without notice
- We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible
- We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Service
- You are fully responsible for the consequences of using generated images
- You are responsible for any misuse or abuse of generated images
- You must resolve any disputes with third parties yourself

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be
resolved exclusively in the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
